MACHINE FEATURES:

2. One Stitch Adjustment to replace the visual error of the human eye with machining accuracy, and the accurate scale display with the high-precision Archimedean adjustment makes the replication process of the same cloth on different machines simple and easy.

By cutting machine blade, double velour bloom is cut open to become two plush fabric, and then the bundle yarn is twisted from combing to fluffy single fiber by the plush carding machine, the bundle fiber surface is cut flat by the shearing machine. That is as plain plush.
